Chocolate and peanut butter protein cake


Gluten-free, sugar-free, no additives but a healthy source of protein, slow release energy, healthy fats and vitamins & minerals.

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of natural honey (optional)
  • 1 spoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tea spoon of pure cocoa powder (optional, but it gives it a nicer chocolate taste)
  • Handful of seeds, raisins, flaked almonds (optional, but it brings extra energy)

Mix all the ingredients together until it looks like a smooth cake mix. Pour into microwavable bowl or mug for 1 minute. If it still looks wet after 1 minute, microwave for another 10 seconds.

Enjoy hot or cold, topped with greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey, almond flakes and fresh raspberries.
