Quick and easy to make, a healthy source of proteins, slow-release carbohydrates, healthy fats, essential vitamins and minerals.
- 40g of chocolate protein powder
- a pinch of baking powder
- 1 spoon of ground almonds
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 egg whites
- 2 table spoons of almond or coconut milk
Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Using a non-stick frying pan, pour a ladle of batter onto the pan. When the top of the pancake begins to bubble, turn it over and cook both sides until golden brown and it has risen to around 1cm high.
Sprinkle with raspberries and eat warm.
