- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of peanut or almond butter (optional)
- 2 teaspoons of raisins
- 1 dash of almond milk
Mix all the ingredients together until it looks like smooth batter (except for the raisins). Pour into a non-sticky pan on medium heat. Once the top start bubbling, turn the pancake over and cook both sides until golden brown on both sides.
Top with more raisins, sliced banana, or peanut butter and enjoy while still warm.
