Vanilla Greek yogurt and berries


Simple and healthy, perfect as a breakfast or a snack and very easy to make

  • 150g of fat free natural Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein (works well with strawberry or other berries flavours too)
  • Handful of mixed berries and blueberries
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin or other mixed seeds

Mix in the Greek yogurt with the protein until perfectly smooth. Top with the berries and the seeds. You can also choose to add in extra almond flakes, granola or dried fruit for extra energy intake.

Excellent healthy breakfast, which is also gluten-free, sugar-free, contains no additives, but is great source of protein, healthy fats and slow release carbohydrates, essential vitamins and minerals.
