Yes, this is going to be another blabla section, same kind of thing as your doctor would tell you, eat healthy to be healthy. I am just going to try my best to make it as straight forward as possible, easy to read and inspiring.
Starting point, your health is directly related to what you eat. We all know that unhealthy diets lead to all sorts of medical conditions such as diabetes, obesity, heart conditions, cholesterol, etc.
Your body is a very complex machine with multiple functions, and it needs energy to be alive in every single aspect. Each bodily function needs specific nutrients, macro-nutrients and vitamins to work optimally and to its full potential, which you get through the foods you eat.
To make it even simpler:
- Give your body what it needs –> fully working functions –> top form, plenty of energy!
- You don’t give your body what it needs and you feed it cheap cr@p (excuse my French) –> body functions and organs are not getting what they need to be healthy and do their job –> tired, weak and prone to any virus and illness
To the question ‘what is your most precious possession?’, your reply should be ‘My body!’. You are born with it and it is to last you your whole lifetime. The more you take care of it and look after it, the further it will take you in your own life.
And the only way to do so is to look after it from the inside, where all your vital organs are! Feed it real foods, the ones that have not been industrially made or processed, the ones that your body can get all it needs from to be fully functioning to its maximum potential that it was created for! The ones full of goodness, nutrients, vitamins and real taste!
