Vitamins are, as previously explained, very important to keep your body in maximum health, so here’s a little list of all your vitamins and where you can find them in foods.

  • Vitamin E plays an important role in different parts of the body; it is an anti-oxidant and also has neurological functions and helps the immune system face aggressions. It can naturally be found in wheat germ oil, sunflower oil, nuts, green vegetables, avocados, asparagus, kiwis, broccoli, pumpkin, sweet potato, mangoes, tomatoes lettuce…
  • Vitamin C is also called L-ascorbic acid and is an essential nutrient for humans. It is an anti-oxidant and helps a strong immune system.
